Tess graduated from McGill University in 2006. After extensive travel, she joined CB Richard Ellis, which is an international commercial real estate brokerage. She spent two years at CBRE where she was involved in several commercial real estate transactions. Tess then decided to apply the same level of professionalism and knowledge which she gained there, to the residential market.

 

What sets Tess apart from other residential agents is that she recognizes that the decision to purchase a house should be based on sound investment strategies, similar to those applied to commercial investments. The purchase of a residential property is the single most important investment any individual will make. Integrity and professionalism is the cornerstone of Tess’ approach to assisting her clients.
